I visited the club today after it was recommended to buy a new cue. I met the owner Brian, who couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. He showed me the cues for sale and let me play for a while, so i could be sure i was happy with my purchase. The club had an excellent vibe , great atmosphere. I didn't go with membership in mind, but I feel sure I'd be visiting again soon. Highly recommend this venue.
In my opinion the best Pool/snooker venue in Essex. Good tables, good atmosphere and staff are excellent.

A superb pool and snooker club with a good-sized lounge plus outdoor seating. The tables are maintained to a high level, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of TVs showing sport.
Brilliant Comedy night on 21st June 25. Every time we visit the place the Q Ball team are friendly and professional. Good reasonably priced drinks, great service and frankly can't think of a negative. Thanks for a great night last night!
Without a shadow of a doubt, the best snooker club venue I have been to - clean, great atmosphere, very well maintained snooker tables which all seem to have new cloth Love the quietness as the snooker hall is away from the bar area Lovely staff, not tried the food yet, however, the cappuccino was really good and you get a biscuit with it!!
I've been using the Q ball for over 25 years. They have the best pool tables anywhere in Basildon. They sell and repair cues. The food is fantastic and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.
